Lesson 1 - The implantologist-correspondent relationship

The benefits

The iPhysio® protocol is based around an ANATOMIC Profile Designer, which becomes the SINGLE component for managing all stages from healing to prosthesis, WITHOUT DISPLAY. This SIMPLIFIED protocol is particularly well-suited to the correspondents and requirements of implantologists (more effective in terms of biological integration, esthetics and patient comfort).

Implantologist

  • Expanded network of correspondents
  • Simplified, esthetic treatment protocol
  • Preservation of biological space, the first line of defence against peri-implantitis

The simplicity of the protocol makes work easier for corresponding dentists: an attractive argument for expanding your network of correspondents.

Profile Designer iphysio remains in place throughout the healing and impression phase, whether in one-stage or two-stage surgery. The peri-implant biological space is preserved, and the biological barrier maintained before transmission from patient to dentist. The first line of defence against peri-implantitis.

Patient

  • A more comfortable experience at the dentist

The profile designer remains in place during the impression phase. The patient feels neither discomfort nor pain. A more comfortable visit to the dentist.

A single visit: the optical impression can be taken at the surgeon's just after the healing phase, before the patient is referred to the dentist. A single visit to the correspondent is all that's needed to fit the final tooth.

Correspondent

  • Patient satisfaction
  • No more impression taking
  • Only one patient visit
  • Fewer components to manage, so less stock and less chairside stress

No impression transfer simplifies the protocol in the mouth. The iphysio protocol reduces the time spent in the chair and eliminates an additional source of stress: handling unfamiliar parts in the mouth.

Parts no longer need to be ordered, which eliminates the need for stock management.

If scanning is carried out at the surgeon's, only one appointment with the patient is needed to fix the final prosthesis.
