IPHYSIO® THE BIOLOGICAL APPROACH

More than a 3-in-1 solution, iPhysio® is a highly advanced protocol based on the most advanced knowledge of healing and emergence profile management.  At the same time as simplifying implantology (no dismantling, fewer manipulations), it makes your implant treatments more reliable and sustainable. Follow the steps of this simplified protocol.

The BIO-logical approach

1. PROSTHETIC PROJECT

Emergence profile, biological space and contact points.

2. PLANNING

Ideally, subcortical positioning of your implant (Umbrella concept, Alberto Miselli) to maintain biological space.

3. INCISIONS AND DRILLING

Limited flap technique (Dennis Tarnow) to preserve the papillae and then insert your implant.

4. IPHYSIO® SELECTION

Select the shape and height for tissue support and biological space using the selector and the iPhysio® try-in kit.

5. IPHYSIO® POSITIONING

Option: use of FRP using the poncho technique (improves healing).

6. SUTURES

Mattress points
Options: Provisionalization directly on iPhysio® or SSA.

7. IMPRESSION ON IPHYSIO®

Physical or digital.

8. FINAL PROSTHESIS

On your system's baseplate, matching the iPhysio® profile selected.

9. IPHYSIO® REMOVAL

and insertion of the prosthesis into its prosthetic cradle without compression or anesthesia.
